Senior Tax GCR Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) tax team. You will lead complex engagements, manage client compliance and reporting, and help grow the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver high‑quality tax services and manage day‑to‑day client engagements.
• Monitor progress, implement standardized processes, identify risks and drive performance‑improvement solutions.
• Coach and counsel junior team members, fostering a positive learning culture.
• Ensure adherence to EY Tax Quality guidelines and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, preferably in a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial, organizational and project‑management experience.
• Experience working with multinational clients in a multicultural environment.
