Senior Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Netwrix is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to lead investigations into complex, recurring, and high‑impact technical issues. The role combines deep troubleshooting expertise with customer‑facing communication and internal technical leadership, supporting enterprise and key accounts across EMEA or APAC time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead root‑cause analysis on complex, high‑impact issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Perform advanced diagnostics across environments using knowledge of Active Directory, Linux, Docker, databases, networking and cloud services.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D and DevOps to resolve defects and improve product reliability.
• Serve as a trusted technical contact for escalated enterprise customers, managing incidents and post‑incident reviews.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, coach best practices, and support onboarding initiatives.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of two or more Netwrix products and basic familiarity across the support domain.
• Intermediate understanding of cybersecurity practices, standards and technologies.
• Foundational coding knowledge sufficient to triage issues before R&D escalation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
