About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on outbound B2B calls, lead generation, appointment setting and closing sales for our tech solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to B2B prospects and promote tailored solutions.
- Generate, qualify and follow up leads via phone, email or CRM, and schedule qualified meetings or demos for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records while meeting daily/weekly KPIs.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales or lead generation, preferably on UK/US campaigns.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or British accent.
- Willingness to work night shifts (e.g., 5 PM – 2 AM) for international markets.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho or HubSpot.
- Experience using call‑management software.
