Senior Territory Sales Manager - Karachi

About the role

Mondelēz International is hiring a Senior Territory Sales Manager in Karachi. You will lead a field sales representative team and ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for your area, working closely with cross-functional colleagues on activation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate the team, working with the sales capability team to deliver training.
• Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets, and provide reporting as required.
• Manage winning customer relationships so that categories are executed to the best of the industry.
• Work with the account team, category, activation, sales capability and customer finance teams to give the best return across the area.
• Coach the team in using category tools to engage customers and grow categories.
• Build strong relationships with customers and drive growth across base sales, new product development and promotions, ensuring strong retail visibility and flawless execution.

Required profile

• BBA or MBA degree.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Prior sales experience required, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
• No relocation support available.
