Senior Unity Developer

About the role

Naimic Studios is seeking a Senior Unity Developer to join its Karachi team on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality game features for mobile, PC and console platforms, working closely with designers, artists and QA in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise gameplay mechanics and systems using Unity.
• Integrate assets, implement level design and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, object‑oriented C# code and conduct code reviews.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to architecture decisions and mentor junior developers.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies such as Augmented Reality and platform‑specific features.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping Unity titles on mobile, PC or console.
• Strong foundation in programming and OOP, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with mobile game development, cross‑platform deployment workflows and agile teams.
• Familiarity with AR integration and performance optimisation is highly desirable.
• Ability to work hybrid in Karachi, collaborating on‑site and remotely.
