About the role

We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience to help our technical services team win web development and CRM projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist relevant Upwork projects related to web development, CMS development, CRM solutions, and business automation.
• Prepare customized, persuasive proposals aligned with client requirements and project scope.
• Collaborate with the development team to match client needs with suitable technical solutions.
• Support project estimation and proposal preparation by gathering input from technical team members.
• Manage bidding activities, client communication, and opportunity tracking.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding and project acquisition.
• Proven ability to write winning proposals for IT services.
• Strong research, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.

Required skills

• CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow.
• CRM platforms, especially GoHighLevel (GHL) and HubSpot.
• Understanding of website development, CRM integrations, workflow automation, and lead management.
