Senior UX Researcher

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to uncover user needs, analyze consumer insights, and shape product strategy for digital healthcare and other products. The role involves collaborating with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to enhance digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy, information architecture, and experience design.
• Plan and execute research initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Develop effective research plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Adapt research methods to project requirements and constraints.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and represent UX research in cross‑functional discussions.
• Communicate complex research findings and insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Conduct remote research and collaborate with distributed research teams.
• Use consumer feedback and research insights to influence product and experience decisions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience leading and delivering research projects.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including generative and evaluative techniques.
• Experience analyzing Voice of the Customer (VoC) data, including NPS and analytics.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating research impact.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (CS) is mandatory.
