About the role

Voov Media is seeking a Senior Video Editor to produce high‑impact short‑form videos for social platforms. The role is full‑time, remote and focuses on maximizing audience retention, watch time and viral performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create 25–30 three‑minute edited videos per week optimized for retention, watch time and engagement.
• Apply pacing, storytelling and performance‑driven editing techniques to boost viral potential.
• Manage file organization, meet tight deadlines and maintain clear communication with the production team.
• Incorporate feedback quickly while preserving quality at scale.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional video‑editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Extensive experience editing social‑media video content.
• Strong understanding of audience‑retention metrics and performance‑focused editing.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently.
• Highly reliable, detail‑oriented and able to handle fast‑paced environments.
