Senior Video Editor / Reel Editor

About the role

A full-time, on-site Senior Video Editor is needed in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, to turn raw footage into compelling stories that capture attention, build trust and drive engagement. The editor works on healthcare and aesthetics content, including doctor-led videos, treatment explainers, patient testimonials, clinic promotions, performance-driven social media ads and longer-form brand films. Footage is provided by the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social-first videos.
• Create engaging hooks, strong pacing, seamless cuts and compelling visual narratives.
• Edit doctor-led content, treatment explainers, testimonials and conversion-focused Meta ads.
• Apply motion graphics, typography, subtitles, sound design and professional color grading.
• Repurpose long-form footage into engaging short-form content.
• Maintain brand consistency, organize project files and deliver polished edits on deadline.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts and improve content performance.

Required profile

• 4-5 years of professional video editing experience; strong portfolios may compensate for fewer years.
• Strong portfolio showing short-form storytelling, social media content, promotional videos and motion graphics.
• Excellent understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, typography, audio, subtitles and color correction.
• Experience with talking-head videos, commercial ads or educational content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback and meet deadlines independently.
• Preferred: healthcare, aesthetics, dental, wellness or medical marketing experience, and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Audition.
