Senior Virtual Assistant – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Virtual Assistant to work night shifts onsite at our Rawalpindi office. This full‑time position requires excellent spoken and written English and the ability to operate independently without constant supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Email and inbox management
• Calendar and appointment scheduling
• CRM and data entry
• Online research, lead generation and follow‑ups
• Project and task coordination
• Report preparation and document handling
• Social media scheduling and basic management
• Utilising AI tools such as ChatGPT to boost productivity

Required profile

• Several years of professional virtual assistant experience
• Expert‑level English communication, both spoken and written
• Confidence speaking with international clients on calls and meetings
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently during the night shift (6 PM – 2:30 AM)
