SEO Content Editor

About the role

The SEO Content Editor will edit, optimize, and publish high‑quality digital content that follows SEO best practices and brand guidelines. You will work closely with writers, designers, and marketing teams to improve visibility and engagement across search engines.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and proofread blogs, website pages, articles, and marketing copy.
• Apply on‑page SEO techniques such as keyword placement, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, style, and formatting standards.
• Enhance readability, structure, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align content strategy.
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or SurferSEO.
• Recommend updates to improve rankings and maintain plagiarism‑free, grammatically accurate content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in SEO content editing or digital content management.
• Strong understanding of on‑page SEO and excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
