SEO Lead – Build Organic Growth Engine

About the role

Qureos is an AI‑powered recruitment platform seeking an SEO Lead to own and scale organic growth. You will build the SEO engine from the ground up, turning it into a compounding growth driver for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategy, from research to results.
• Manage technical SEO health: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture.
• Run continuous audits with Screaming Frog and Google Search Console, fixing issues proactively.
• Identify and launch programmatic SEO opportunities, creating scalable page templates and content logic.
• Write clear PRDs and collaborate directly with engineering to ship features quickly.
• Build automation for rank tracking, content‑gap analysis, internal linking and reporting, leveraging AI tools.
• Own the SEO roadmap, prioritize initiatives by traffic and revenue impact, and run experiments.
• Track performance with Mixpanel and PostHog and align SEO outcomes with traffic, revenue, and marketplace liquidity.
• Partner with Growth, Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Comfortable operating independently with limited resources and building systems from scratch.
• Data‑driven, fast‑moving, and able to iterate constantly based on results.
• Enjoys hands‑on work with tools, experiments, and technical problem solving.
