About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive growth for iSolve RCM by identifying and securing new healthcare clients. Based in Islamabad, the role focuses on prospecting clinics, practices and organisations that can benefit from the company’s revenue cycle management services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect potential healthcare partners across Pakistan.
• Build relationships, present solutions and negotiate contracts to acquire new business.
• Analyse financial data to assess revenue opportunities and assist in pricing proposals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Strong new‑business development and client acquisition abilities.
• Good communication skills; fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome.
• Analytical mindset with basic understanding of finance.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous exposure to healthcare, revenue cycle management or B2B services is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Basic sales reporting capabilities.
