Service Planner (Gulf Territory)

About the role

NCR Atleos, a global provider of financial access solutions, is looking for a Service Planner to manage inbound and outbound calls and support Service Request (SR) operations across the Gulf territory. The role suits a proactive, organized multitasker who can handle high call volumes and keep internal teams and stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring quality customer interactions
• Manage and process Service Requests, including reassignments, ETA updates, cancellations and territory changes
• Complete SRs on behalf of Customer Engineers and maintain accurate Public Notes documentation
• Update inquiries, escalations and service status promptly, and monitor aged calls and out-of-process cases
• Perform escalation management and suppression, and oversee premium freight usage and service efficiency
• Track and support utilization of labor, parts and freight
• Collaborate with Services and Enablement teams, review territory needs and service performance, and suggest process improvements
• Support Gulf operations and carry out additional tasks as required

Required profile

• Previous experience in call center, customer service or service coordination roles
• 0 to 2 years of experience
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to handle high-volume calls and communicate by email and chat
• Excellent written English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with strong organization and attention to detail

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing or Service Request systems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Familiarity with communication platforms such as Skype and Teams

Work conditions

• 5 working days per week, 2 days off (rotational)
• Rotational shifts
