Service Point Incharge – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Service Point Incharge is responsible for delivering exceptional in‑store customer service while driving sales of DHL’s logistics solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for walk‑in customers, ensuring a smooth, friendly experience and meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service to over‑the‑counter customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assess their needs.
• Recommend appropriate DHL products and services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and enhance the overall experience.
• Contact existing and new customers to generate sales leads.
• Close sales orders to achieve set revenue goals.
• Organise and maintain the service point according to 5S methodology.
• Ensure housekeeping and maintenance meet DHL standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and business development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
