Services Contract & Billing Lead

About the role

The Services Contract & Billing Lead is responsible for planning and overseeing project completion on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring accurate billing and financial compliance. This role partners with client teams and internal stakeholders to improve organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate end‑of‑month billing according to SOWs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Account Managers and other teams to gather billing information.
• Monitor project billing against budgets, identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Maintain detailed billing documentation, including SOWs, change requests and reports.
• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare regular billing activity reports and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in management, business or IT (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
• Proven experience in service billing, accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with billing systems.
