Setup & Infrastructure Manager – Logistics

About the role

Warehouse & Fulfilment Operations Support across a 200,000+ sq. ft. facility handling ~2.5M items, covering inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns. The role establishes and monitors core KPIs such as fulfilment rate, inventory accuracy, cost per item and cost per package to sustain performance and service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex fulfilment projects, including new facility launches, system rollouts and network improvements, managing milestones, resources and post‑project reviews.
• Own cost‑control programmes across manpower, packaging and materials, driving measurable savings and building business cases for new revenue or efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, product, logistics, finance and 3PL teams to align on shared goals and serve as lead PMO for mega campaigns, coordinating capacity and real‑time execution.
• Drive operational‑excellence initiatives such as 5S, SOP standardisation, audits and continuous‑improvement projects, and build data dashboards to surface performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, fulfilment or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of delivering operational and cost improvements with measurable outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced Excel, SQL and dashboard/BI tool experience.
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous‑improvement methodology knowledge.
