SharePoint Specialist – Information Security Governance

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SharePoint Specialist to support our Information Security organization. You will be responsible for structuring, maintaining, and securing documentation, policies, procedures, RFP responses, and audit evidence across a global enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites for security policies, standards, and governance documentation.
• Organize centralized repositories for audit evidence, compliance artifacts, and security documentation.
• Implement version control, lifecycle management, and approval workflows within SharePoint.
• Support teams in keeping documentation aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and other frameworks.
• Manage content libraries for RFP and security questionnaire responses.
• Configure access controls, permissions, and security settings in line with IAM policies.
• Develop workflows and automations using SharePoint, Power Automate, or related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Compliance, IT, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance on SharePoint usage and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in SharePoint administration or documentation management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server administration.
• Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with SharePoint workflow and automation design.
