Shop Inventory & Sales Associate

About the role

PhoneRow is looking for a part‑time field associate to visit mobile shops in Abbottabad and surrounding areas, capture their phone inventory and help bring these shops onto the PhoneRow marketplace. You will act as the first point of contact, explain the platform and support shopkeepers through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Visit mobile shops, build friendly relationships and introduce PhoneRow.
• Collect detailed information on each phone model, storage, condition, price and other specifications.
• Take clear, high‑quality photographs of phones and shop displays.
• Enter or assist with uploading the inventory data to the PhoneRow platform.
• Identify new shops that could join the marketplace and guide interested owners through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of visited and onboarded shops and follow up when needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident demeanor.
• Comfortable speaking with shop owners and working independently in the field.
• Basic smartphone proficiency, including taking clear photos and using simple apps or web forms.
• Strong attention to detail when recording product information.
• Reliability and punctuality; previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
