Shopify Developer

About the role

Penta Zone is looking for a full‑time Shopify Developer to join our on‑site team in Lahore. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high‑performing Shopify eCommerce websites that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Shopify‑based eCommerce sites.
• Build custom themes and integrate third‑party applications.
• Ensure website optimization, responsive design, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for active projects.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver user‑friendly solutions.
• Stay current with the latest Shopify features, APIs, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience with the Shopify platform, its APIs, and Liquid templating.
• Strong front‑end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Understanding of eCommerce best practices, UX design, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize site performance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
