Shopify/E-Commerce Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Shopify/E‑Commerce Assistant to help keep our online store running smoothly. Working remotely, you will support product listings, inventory management and customer engagement on our Shopify platform.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize product descriptions for clarity and conversion across all Shopify listings.
• Conduct regular website reviews to spot and correct errors or outdated information.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to prevent stock‑outs.
• Respond to customer reviews on Shopify to maintain brand trust.
• Update visual content such as banners, landing pages and product photos.
• Place purchase orders and track fulfillment status.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an e‑commerce or Shopify‑related role.
• Highly organized, self‑sufficient and able to manage time effectively.
• Strong written communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
