Short-Term Rental (STR) Operations Specialist

About the role

Frontline Atlas is looking for motivated, detail-oriented people to join its growing Short-Term Rental (STR) Operations team in Township, Lahore. This is a full-time, strictly on-site position; remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communications across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and other platforms
• Coordinate with guests, property owners, cleaners and maintenance teams
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries and daily property operations
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience

Required profile

• Previous experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or short-term rental operations is preferred
• Candidates without STR experience but with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, take initiative and work collaboratively
