Site Architect & Interior Designer

About the role

Edify Studio is seeking a Site Architect cum Interior Designer to lead design concepts for residential and commercial projects in Islamabad. The role combines architectural planning, interior styling, and on‑site supervision to ensure design intent is delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project budgets.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, layouts, and material specifications using CAD tools.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to translate designs into built form.
• Conduct regular site visits, perform measurements, and oversee interior finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Present designs to clients, incorporate feedback, and manage design revisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience on residential and commercial projects in Pakistan.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and basic project scheduling and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
