Site Data Integrity & E‑Compliance Lead

About the role

The Site Data Integrity (DI) & E‑Compliance Lead will drive the implementation of Haleon’s Data Integrity strategy at the manufacturing site, ensuring that all electronic and paper records meet global and local GMP regulatory requirements. This role partners with quality, IT, engineering and production teams to embed robust data controls and a strong compliance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Implement corporate Quality Management System requirements for data integrity, developing indicators to monitor site‑level performance.
• Design and deliver communication plans, training matrices and tools to prevent and detect data integrity events.
• Coordinate cross‑functional assessments of GxP systems, defining data controls and addressing vulnerabilities.
• Conduct routine Gemba walks for inspection readiness and compliance culture improvement.
• Lead internal monitoring, CAPA tracking in Veeva and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Investigate data integrity incidents, identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Establish a network of DI champions and share best practices across the multi‑site community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in validation, quality, engineering or related roles with solid knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and data integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with Veeva for CAPA and documentation management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of GxP systems and validated electronic spreadsheets.
