Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities for projects in Islamabad and Punjab. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures that work progresses safely, on schedule, and meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations.
• Manage labor force, track attendance, and enforce discipline.
• Inspect material quality, verify proper storage, and enforce safety standards.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports to management.
• Ensure work completion according to the Bill of Quantities and project timelines.
• Maintain quality control and workmanship standards.
• Keep the site clean and organized.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of concrete, masonry, and structural work.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Basic knowledge of costing and budget management.
• Good communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Leadership qualities and basic MS Office proficiency.
