Site Supervisor – Landscaping Projects

About the role

Greenscapers is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead landscaping projects in Johar Town, Lahore. The role involves overseeing both soft‑scape and hard‑scape activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscaping operations, including planting, irrigation, and hardscape installations.
• Manage site labour, subcontractors, and material usage to optimise productivity.
• Monitor progress against drawings, specifications, and schedules, and report daily updates.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and project managers to resolve on‑site issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare work schedules, material requisitions, and progress reports.
• Oversee plant health, irrigation systems, and post‑construction maintenance as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising landscaping, horticulture, or construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of landscape execution, site operations, and project coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
