SMB Account Executive - Outbound Sales

About the role

Motive is seeking an energetic SMB Account Executive to drive outbound sales for its fleet‑management platform. You will focus on small‑ and medium‑size businesses, generating new opportunities through high‑volume prospecting and full‑cycle selling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume cold calling and outbound prospecting to identify qualified SMB leads.
• Deliver product demos of the Motive platform to fleet managers and drivers.
• Assess prospect pain points and align Motive’s solution to their operational needs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Continuously deepen knowledge of Motive’s technology and market trends to inform consultative selling.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably with international clients (US/Canada/UK).
• Proven track record of full‑cycle sales success, including prospecting, demos, and closing.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve short‑ and long‑term sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with executive decision‑makers.
