SMB Sales Manager

About the role

Zones is seeking an experienced SMB Sales Manager to lead a team of account executives and drive growth across small‑business customers in the United States. The role combines strategic account development, team leadership, and close collaboration with global partners to expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of the US SMB sales market and achieve annual revenue targets.
• Drive year‑over‑year growth for assigned accounts and manage day‑to‑day issues affecting team members.
• Prospect new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through collaboration with UK, India, and other global teams.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts and support a learning culture through participation in WiG trainings.
• Act as a knowledge hub for the team, resolving customer requests and issues while promoting accountability.
• Utilize company‑provided sales tools to acquire new customers and increase the overall customer base.
• Handle administrative duties such as holiday cover, procurement, and service‑sales issue resolution.
