Social Media Associate – Content Strategy & Email Marketing

Qureos is reinventing hiring with AI‑driven automation. We need a Social Media Associate who treats content as infrastructure, shaping narratives across social, email, and editorial channels to build authority in a noisy market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social‑media strategy and content calendar for priority platforms, aligning posts with product positioning, industry trends, and brand storytelling.
• Create and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, product announcements, and lifecycle flows, continuously testing subject lines, CTAs, and messaging.
• Own the editorial calendar, producing long‑form insight‑led blogs, founder POV pieces, hiring guides, and industry commentary.
• Repurpose existing assets (blogs, podcasts, webinars) into static posts, carousels, short‑form videos, and other high‑performing formats.
• Monitor performance metrics across social, email, and editorial channels, providing data‑driven updates and aligning with growth, product, and sales teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in social‑media strategy, email marketing, and editorial content creation.
• Ability to think in themes and systems rather than isolated posts or campaigns.
• Data‑oriented mindset with a focus on intentional, goal‑aligned content.
• Strong collaboration skills to ensure content reflects business priorities.
