Social Media & Client Relations Executive

About the role

Refine Success, a Lahore‑based financial services firm, is looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join its remote team as a Social Media & Client Relations Executive. You will help build the brand’s online presence, create engaging content, and support digital campaigns that promote our capital, advisory, and technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish platform‑specific content (posts, short video scripts, visuals) for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
• Schedule posts and manage the content calendar using tools such as Buffer and Meta Business Suite.
• Monitor community activity, respond to comments and messages, and forward queries to the appropriate team.
• Track performance metrics via native platform insights and compile weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist with paid social campaigns and A/B testing by providing copy and design suggestions.
• Ensure all content complies with financial regulations and maintains accuracy.
• Stay informed on industry trends and propose new content ideas to boost engagement and generate leads.

Required profile

• Strong written communication and copywriting skills in English.
• Basic graphic design ability using Canva or similar tools and capability to produce short videos.
• Familiarity with major social platforms, their analytics, and simple reporting.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, reliable time management for remote work.
• Willingness to learn basic financial products and compliance requirements.
• Proactive collaboration with marketing, sales, and advisory teams.
• Nice‑to‑have: proficiency in Urdu.
