About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, tech‑savvy Social Media Content Creator to become the visual and narrative voice of Nayatel across our digital platforms. You will craft engaging video and graphic content that resonates with our Pakistani audience while reinforcing our premium brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short‑form and long‑form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Design eye‑catching graphics, carousels, and digital assets for campaigns and product launches.
• Produce content across themes such as product features, customer testimonials, tech‑tips, behind‑the‑scenes, and relatable memes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop platform‑specific content strategies.
• Act as a brand ambassador, appearing on‑camera for interviews, product updates, and hosted videos.
• Monitor local and global digital trends, experiment with new formats, and leverage AI tools for ideation and editing.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on content creation experience, preferably in telecom, tech, or a fast‑paced digital agency.
• Exceptional command of Urdu (including Roman Urdu) and English, with strong scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving trends.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut (or equivalent).
• Advanced graphic design skills using Canva (or equivalent).
• Good understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording for in‑house shoots.
