Social Media Content Quality Management Specialist

About the role

HG Marketing, a UK-based service provider focused on podcast post-production and marketing with an office in Lahore, is hiring a Social Media Specialist. The role manages client podcast content from production coordination through publishing and delivery, working closely with video editors, content creators and clients so that every deliverable meets client requirements and quality standards. The position is full-time and onsite in Gulberg III, Lahore, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and maintain content calendars for client podcasts.
• Manage the content workflow from raw file submission through editing, review, revisions and final delivery.
• Coordinate with video editors and content creators to complete deliverables accurately and on schedule.
• Review edited content and run thorough content quality assurance (QA) checks, coordinating revisions where needed.
• Schedule and publish podcast episodes and social media content across relevant platforms on time.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, responding to requests and giving updates.
• Identify and resolve content, scheduling, quality or workflow issues proactively.
• Manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines while following company SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, IT or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in social media management, content management, podcast management or a similar role preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency or client-service environment is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive problem solver, adaptable to multiple priorities and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Social media management, content planning and scheduling, and content quality assurance.
• Proficiency in content planning and management tools; familiarity with Notion is a plus.
• Experience with social media scheduling and publishing platforms.
• Ability to work with analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience coordinating with video editors and content creators preferred.
