Social Media & Customer Relations Specialist

About the role

SphereCode, a Peshawar‑based software company, is seeking a Social Media & Customer Relations Specialist to enhance its online presence and build responsive relationships with prospects and clients. You will act as the digital voice of the company, turning audience engagement into qualified business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, reviews and inquiries.
• Communicate with prospects to understand their website, e‑commerce, web‑app or automation needs.
• Maintain organized records of inquiries, follow‑ups, feedback and lead status.
• Coordinate with design, development and management teams to provide accurate updates.
• Support marketing campaigns that promote SphereCode’s solutions and generate leads.
• Track engagement metrics, response quality and basic campaign performance.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Urdu or Pashto is a plus.
• Practical experience managing social media pages, content calendars and online communities.
• Confidence handling customer inquiries, objections, follow‑ups and service concerns.
• Good organizational skills for maintaining records and schedules.
• Professional judgment, patience and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools.
• Ability to use spreadsheets and basic analytics platforms.
• Basic understanding of lead generation and digital marketing concepts.
