Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Qutham Technologies is seeking a results‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Bahawalpur office. You will lead paid‑media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, generate high‑quality leads, and work closely with design and development teams to fuel business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets, track performance metrics and report ROI.
• Conduct audience research, remarketing, conversion tracking and A/B testing to improve CPA, CPC, CTR and ROAS.
• Create compelling ad copy and social media content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyse campaign data using GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including lead‑generation and conversion campaigns.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SEO, keyword research, GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
• Ability to optimise campaigns for key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CPC and CTR.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
