Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to boost our digital presence, communicate product value, and engage business audiences across key social platforms. You will work closely with sales and product teams to ensure our online voice aligns with company priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
• Create captions, posts, visual briefs, short‑form videos and product‑focused campaigns.
• Publish and schedule content on appropriate platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions and audience engagement, responding promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to gather product information and campaign requirements.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and relevant topics for content opportunities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing social media pages for a business or brand.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to create platform‑appropriate posts, reels, stories and campaign content.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, creativity and attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills in English and Urdu.
