Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive who can turn complex medical information into engaging, compliant content across multiple platforms. The role blends creative visual design with data‑driven analysis to strengthen healthcare brands in a competitive digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage multi‑channel social media calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create eye‑catching visual assets and edit video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and CapCut.
• Handle daily community management, respond to inquiries, moderate comments and nurture a supportive online community.
• Analyse campaign performance with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, delivering weekly and monthly insights.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT to generate content ideas while maintaining brand voice consistency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience managing corporate or brand social media, preferably in healthcare, wellness or regulated pharmaceutical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration or related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or healthcare compliance are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with marketing, PR and clinical teams and to handle crisis communications or sensitive community moderation.
