Social Media Manager – Content Publishing & Strategy

About the role

InSol360 is looking for enthusiastic Social Media Managers to drive day‑to‑day publishing and support content strategy across major platforms. The position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals seeking structured training and a clear growth path.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, post, and distribute content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.
• Write captions, titles, hashtags and tags that maximise reach and clicks.
• Maintain posting calendars and follow brand checklists for consistent output.
• Support basic YouTube SEO tasks such as titles, descriptions, tags and end‑screens.
• Track performance metrics in Excel or Google Sheets and provide feedback on scripts, thumbnails and hooks.
• Attend client video meetings, take notes and translate feedback into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and motion artists for content creation.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Fresh graduates to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English proficiency for video calls with U.S. clients and error‑free writing.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and consistent follow‑through.

Required skills

• Working familiarity with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of YouTube analytics, keyword and hashtag research.

What we offer

• Salary range PKR 40,000 – 80,000, based on skill and experience.
