Social Media Manager

About the role

OakSpace, a leading furniture brand in Pakistan, is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to boost brand awareness, drive engagement and support online sales growth. You will shape and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok, working closely with design, merchandising and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Create, schedule and publish platform‑specific content (images, short videos, carousel posts, captions) that showcase furniture products and lifestyle usage.
• Coordinate with in‑house designers or freelancers to produce visual assets and short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok) highlighting product features, assembly, styling and customer testimonials.
• Monitor comments and messages, respond promptly, and escalate customer‑service issues when necessary.
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, bid strategies, budget allocation and A/B testing.
• Analyse performance data, prepare reports and recommend optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in retail, furniture or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of content creation, short‑form video scripting and visual layout for social feeds.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
