About the role

We are seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to lead and grow Optima Technology Zone Pvt Ltd’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will create compelling content, monitor trends, and engage with our community to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for all social platforms.
• Write website copy, blog posts, newsletters, and B2B pitch materials that reflect the brand voice.
• Craft engaging captions, select hashtags, and manage community interactions.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce posts, reels, and stories.
• Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and engagement metrics to optimise content.
• Handle direct messages and comments, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Use scheduling and analytics tools to track performance and generate monthly reports.
• Incorporate SEO best practices to improve discoverability.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all communications.
