Social Media Manager

About the role

Olim Naturals is seeking a creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to drive engagement, build brand trust, and deliver measurable growth for its skincare line. The role will lead the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube while coordinating influencer collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media channels, publishing reels, product videos, educational and promotional content.
• Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns and business objectives.
• Write compelling captions, video hooks, scripts and creative briefs.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with suitable influencers and content creators, overseeing briefs, timelines, deliverables and usage rights.
• Coordinate product seeding and influencer video production to ensure brand‑consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors and the marketing team to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Handle community management, responding to comments and messages and routing customer queries to support.
• Monitor trends, competitors and audience feedback to uncover new content opportunities.
• Track performance of content and influencer campaigns, prepare monthly reports and optimise results using data.
• Work with the paid advertising team to test and refine video creatives.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of social media and influencer marketing experience, preferably with skincare, beauty or e‑commerce brands.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating managed pages, successful campaigns and measurable results.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and project‑management abilities.
• Deep understanding of short‑form video formats, audience growth tactics and analytics.
• Self‑starter who meets deadlines and brings fresh, data‑driven ideas.
