About the role

Our client Rauf productions is hiring a Social Media Manager in Lahore to develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current technologies, trends, tools, and applications in social media.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
• Develop and manage social media campaigns aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (1–2 years).
• On‑site availability to coordinate activities and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them in different scenarios.
• Ability to identify target audiences and create content that appeals to them.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
