Social Media Manager

About the role

Kinetic Kube, a creative digital agency in Lahore, is seeking a confident and organised Social Media Manager to own client accounts and the agency’s own social presence. You will develop ideas, follow social trends, and see projects through from planning to publication while working closely with the founder, Creative Head, designers and performance marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and weekly content strategies, campaign concepts, and formats such as reels, carousels and stories.
• Appear on‑camera for reels, talking‑head videos, interviews and behind‑the‑scenes content, speaking fluently in English and Urdu.
• Manage day‑to‑day social activity for assigned accounts, lead client discussions, and translate feedback into actionable briefs.
• Coordinate briefs and delivery with Creative Head, designers and video editors using ClickUp, ensuring approvals before publishing.
• Schedule and publish content, handle community interactions, and escalate sales or complaint inquiries.
• Track organic performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with performance‑marketing specialists on paid‑media testing and optimisation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing, with a demonstrable portfolio.
• Strong written and spoken English, confident verbal communication in Urdu, and natural on‑camera delivery.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation abilities, with good judgement on trends and memes.
• Practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and related platform metrics.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to follow up with clients and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of paid‑media KPIs and willingness to deepen that knowledge.
• Leadership potential, initiative, accountability and openness to feedback.
