Social Media Manager

About the role

Faisal Town Group is seeking a creative, organised and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead social media operations, manage a team and execute strategies set by the Group Head of Marketing & Communications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute social media strategies and campaigns in line with the Group Head’s direction.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, video editors and performance marketing team for seamless campaign execution.
• Lead and manage the social media team, assign tasks, monitor deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Prepare detailed 15‑day and monthly performance reports covering engagement, reach, impressions, audience growth and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with performance marketing to monitor paid campaign performance, lead generation and conversions.
• Review creative assets, captions and videos to ensure brand consistency.
• Handle social media engagement, enquiries and work with CRM teams for lead handling.
• Identify emerging trends, analyse competitors and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or multi‑brand environment.
• Proven ability to supervise a social media team.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, content production, storytelling and performance marketing workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Bitrix24, HubSpot or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of engagement metrics, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL and campaign reporting.
