Social Media Manager

About the role

Globe Call Center is hiring a full-time, onsite Social Media Manager to own its social channels end to end. The role covers content creation, graphic design, ad management and community management, with a day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Social media management: own, schedule and grow all official social media accounts
• Content creation: write compelling, high-converting captions and copy for target audiences
• Graphic design: create on-brand visuals and graphics for daily posts
• Ad management: run, monitor and optimise paid ad campaigns to drive reach and leads
• Community management: respond promptly and professionally to queries, messages and comments

Required profile

• Minimum graduation; a Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record in social media management, content writing, design and paid ads
• Professional-level written and verbal English
• Strong work ethic, reliability, workplace ethics and high emotional intelligence
