Social Media Manager – LinkedIn & Meta Ads

About the role

We are a fast‑growing app development and digital solutions company seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to own and grow our online presence. The role focuses on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, handling daily content, paid campaigns, lead generation, and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram accounts, publishing daily posts and maintaining content calendars.
• Create engaging captions, marketing copy and basic graphics.
• Research industry trends, competitors and relevant topics.
• Plan, launch and optimise LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting and retargeting.
• Generate leads through paid platforms and monitor comments, messages and engagement.
• Track reach, engagement, leads and ad performance; prepare basic reports.
• Test different content and advertising approaches to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams on promotional campaigns and marketing assets.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn company pages, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and daily content creation.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with international audiences (USA, Canada, UK) and adapt to day or night shifts.
