Social Media Manager - Night Shift

About the role

Suraket is seeking a creative, execution‑driven Social Media Manager to join the team on a night‑shift schedule. The role goes beyond simple posting and focuses on building a strong digital brand, designing visual assets, and supporting growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Suraket’s presence on all social platforms.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish content consistently.
• Design graphics, carousels, banners and promotional creatives.
• Write captions, post copy and basic campaign content.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and track page activity.
• Support website updates and perform basic development tasks.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters and lead‑nurturing emails.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Research competitors, trends and generate fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to turn services and projects into compelling content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Graphic‑design proficiency with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
• Basic knowledge of website development or management.
• Experience with email‑marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of content planning and digital branding.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
• Excellent written English and a portfolio of previous work.
