Social Media Manager – Night Shift

About the role

ABS International is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to work the night shift. You will plan, create, publish, and optimise content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms, ensuring strong audience engagement and alignment with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Develop platform‑specific content, including graphics, reels, short‑form videos and marketing creatives.
• Monitor trends and produce timely, relevant posts.
• Apply knowledge of Meta algorithms to boost organic reach and engagement.
• Engage with communities on Reddit, Quora and Pinterest.
• Maintain content calendars and track performance analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams on broader marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Utilise paid Meta advertising to support campaign goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts.
• Working knowledge of Reddit, Quora and Pinterest.
• Strong understanding of Meta algorithms and organic growth strategies.
• Hands‑on expertise with Canva and CapCut for visual creation.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Portfolio demonstrating social media management or digital marketing work.
