Social Media Manager – Remote

About the role

Jack Westin is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to own the strategy and execution of its social presence across multiple platforms. You will work with a dedicated production team to decide what content gets published, when, and why, while driving paid campaigns and measuring performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strategic content calendar for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta, aligned with sprint cycles and campaign schedules.
• Define platform‑specific strategies, including format, frequency, and audience targeting based on data.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid Meta campaigns, managing budgets and creative briefs.
• Own social analytics, delivering weekly reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, click‑through rates, and conversions to free MCAT sessions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor channels, and community conversations to generate proactive ideas.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and discussion threads.
• Ensure brand tone, visual style, and messaging consistency in collaboration with the graphic designer.
• Brief the content and design teams on format specifications, hooks, and platform requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, not just executing others’ plans.
• Proven track record running paid Meta campaigns with budget accountability.
• Strong analytical mindset; decisions driven by performance metrics.
• Excellent understanding of the distinct formats and audience expectations of each platform.
