Social Media Marketer

About the role

HA-Technologies (Pvt) Limited is looking for a proactive Social Media Marketer to lead content strategy, audience growth and campaign execution for client accounts across major social platforms. You will shape end‑to‑end social media plans that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and TikTok.
• Create and manage editorial calendars, content buckets and campaign timelines.
• Write compelling copy, captions and briefs for designers and videographers, and supervise creative execution.
• Set up, monitor and optimise paid social campaigns, handling audience segmentation, A/B testing, bid strategy and budget pacing.
• Analyse performance using platform analytics and reporting tools, preparing actionable reports for clients.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors and other team members to ensure format and messaging consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies with measurable growth.
• Strong content writing and editing skills, able to craft concise, audience‑focused captions and calls‑to‑action.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social advertising, campaign setup, targeting and optimisation.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling/management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Basic understanding of creative production and ability to brief/review designers and video editors.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid organisational abilities to manage multiple campaigns.
