Social Media Marketer - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Social Media Marketer to work night shifts and boost our clients' online presence. You will create engaging content, manage posting calendars, and monitor performance in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies aligned with client goals (awareness, engagement, leads, traffic).
• Design monthly posting calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Engage daily with audiences by replying to comments/DMs, running contests, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Track metrics (likes, shares, clicks, follower growth) and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, sales, and project coordinators; update Zoho Projects daily.
• Monitor platform updates and propose new formats such as Reels or live sessions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on social media management for brands or agencies.
• Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and at least three sample calendars/posts.
• Strong copywriting ability and understanding of how social drives traffic, leads, and sales.
• Excellent teamwork and quick response skills to keep projects on track.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Buffer and Canva.
• Experience using Zoho Projects and MS Office.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platform algorithms.
